Outstanding, new-fashioned room with a functional bathroom and a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet. Hypo-allergenic pillows, very comfy bed. Particularly good location, easy walk to Old French Bridge. Lots of places to visit, such as bars and restaurants walking distance to the hotel...

Excellent stay, extended our trip. Delicious food, good family, nice rooms, walk to nearby restaurants. Helpful staff, arranged tuk tuk tour and bus. Stayed in Kep but could've done day trip. Amazing hosts, great breakfast, clean room with hot water. Okay WiFi and location, near bus pick up. No room safe, but lockable drawer. Fridge, soap, and shampoo available. Highlight was the friendly staff, easy check-in, moto rental, and luggage storage. Perfect, quiet location across river. Spacious room, daily cleaning, fresh water. Neat, spacious bathroom with hot water. Comfy bed, fridge, and delicious breakfast. Thanks for everything!

The staff at this guesthouse were incredibly kind and accommodating. They made check-in easy and even helped us rent a moto at an excellent price. the breakfast provided was wonderful and the room was clean and well-maintained. the location was perfect, as it was quieter than staying on the other side of the river.
The wifi, which had frequent dips in speed. we were able to use our phones as hotspots to get some work done over the weekend.

We stayed at Coco Guest House for a week and had an amazing experience. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They helped us arrange airport transfer and even cancelled a tour for us when we got sick. The breakfast was delicious with generous portions, and the location was perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. We loved exploring the small local market behind the hotel. The room was cozy, well-lit, and had all the amenities we needed. The clean lobby with pot plants added to the tranquil atmosphere.

The location of the guesthouse is ideal for exploring the city, as it's just a short walk over the bridge to the main area. the staff are welcoming and accommodating, as mentioned in other reviews. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a little mat on each side to keep the room free of dust.
One downside is that the wifi can be a bit spotty at times, requiring guests to use their personal hotspots for a more stable connection.
